Road Closure
Ditton Lane between the High Street and the S Cambs car park for one daytime shift on Saturday, 10 August. (FYI Cambridge United are away to Stockport on the 10th!) This is for the removal of a Sycamore tree. The official diversion route for the one-day road closure is the A14 and the A1303 Newmarket Road, Pedestrians and cyclists will be able to pass by on the east side of Ditton Lane, although they may be required to wait momentarily if the tree surgeons deem it necessary.
Residents along the affected section will be allowed vehicular access to their properties but they will need to leave and return by the same route (depending on where they live) as there will be no through route at No 118.
