| 2024/55 | To consider following planning applications and tree works applications
For info only 20/02569/COND21B No Objection 20/02569/REM No Objection 20/02569/COND21B No Objection 24/03837/S73 No Objection 23/01939/S73 No Objection 24/03837/S73 – No objection in principle to the proposals and we would agree with the applicants that there is likely to be greater demand for private cars than coaches. Therefore notwithstanding aspirations around active travel, the reality is that the additional car parking spaces will prevent spill over parking onto neighbouring areas and streets. We do have some concerns with the quality of the submission in terms of consistency of drawings and clarity. There would appear to be some layers on the drawing missing, with some references within the key not actually appearing on the plan. There is also a discrepancy between the number of coach spaces cited in the key, and what is on the drawing. There is also some ambiguity in terms of the condition stating no less than ‘7 sports pitches’ but the drawing only showing 5. These should be qualified before planning permission is granted tied to the submitted drawing (16-097-SK-352). Finally whilst Fen Ditton Parish Council has no objection to the principle of flexibility to respond to different demands/rules on pitch size, we would appreciate being consulted on any proposed revisions and would like these to be tied in to any amended consent under this Section 73 application. 23/04935/FUL No Objection
